We are based out of and ship from NYC!

I need to change something on my order, how can I do that?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us immediately at rawlybold@gmail.com . Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes. 

  

How will I receive my refund?

Once the return has been received, inspected and approved, we will refund to the original form of payment. But, please remember you have 30 days to do so. 

 

What if my product is damaged or defective?

If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, please email to rawlybold@gmail.com and we will help you exchange or return the item. Please do not forget to include full name, order number and item number for our reference.
